91¶¶Òõ has announced leadership changes that align with its new strategic plan and emphasize student services and development, academic affairs and resource development.
Lauren Brookey, APR, Fellow PRSA, the current Vice President of External Affairs, has also been named President of the 91¶¶Òõ Foundation. While Brookey will maintain strategic leadership for marketing, communications and public affairs efforts, she will be responsible for growth in the 91¶¶Òõ Foundation and oversee federal grants expansion.
The title for Jan Clayton, Ed.D., has been changed to Senior Student Affairs Officer. She will continue to lead all financial aid, enrollment services, student life and recruitment functions for the College.
Sandra Cooper, J.D., formerly with Oklahoma State University-Tulsa, has been named the Chief Human Resources Officer.
With the retirement of Peggy Dyer, Ph.D., as West Campus Provost, Kevin David, Ph.D. has been named West Campus Provost. David currently serves as Associate Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness and will add West Campus Provost responsibilities to his current duties and title.
Eileen Kenney has been named Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management. She will lead the College’s enrollment management plan and focus on student retention as well as recruitment.
Eunice Tarver has been named Assistant Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion. Tarver will lead 91¶¶Òõ’s efforts to implement best practices in diversity and inclusion for students and the college community.
Earlier this fall, 91¶¶Òõ named Michael Siftar as Chief Technology Officer. Kari Culp has been promoted to Senior Director for Marketing and Communications with day-to-day marketing, media relations, web, and communications management.

91¶¶Òõ has reached its highest fall enrollment since 2013, with more than 17,000 students enrolled for Fall 2026. The milestone marks 91¶¶Òõ’s fourth consecutive year of enrollment growth.
91¶¶Òõ President Named to Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame
91¶¶Òõ President and CEO Leigh B. Goodson will be inducted into the Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame's 2026 class. The statewide honor recognizes Goodson’s leadership at 91¶¶Òõ and her broader contributions to higher education, student success, and educational opportunity in Oklahoma.
91¶¶Òõ Launches First Data Analytics Associate Degree in Oklahoma
91¶¶Òõ is accepting students for its new Data Analytics degree and certificate programs. The associate degree program is the first of its kind in Oklahoma. Students can expect to develop skills in data analysis, data visualization, statistical methods, and industry-standard tools.
